Children weighing> 40 kg should receive the same dose as adults. Children older than 3 months, weighing less than 40 kg should receive the drug at a dose primobolan enanthate of 15 mg / kg with 6-hour intervals. The maximum daily dose.

Preparation of solution for intravenous infusion
Imipenem + cilastatin intravenous infusion should not be mixed or added to other antibiotics.
A solution of imipenem + cilastatin intravenous infusion is prepared in accordance with the instructions given in Table 4. The resulting solution should be shaken until a clear liquid.

  • The solvent may be primobolan enanthate used: 0.9% sodium chloride, 5% dextrose solution, 10% aqueous solution of dextrose, 5% dextrose and 0.9% sodium chloride solution, 5% dextrose and 0.45% sodium chloride solution , 5% dextrose, and 0.225% sodium chloride solution, 5% dextrose and 0.15% potassium chloride, mannitol, 5% and 10%. 

    Side effect:

    From the digestive system: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, pseudomembranous colitis, hemorrhagic colitis, hepatitis, hepatic failure, jaundice, gastroenteritis, glossitis, hypertrophy of papillae language, abdominal pain, pigmentation, teeth and tongue, throat pain, hypersalivation. Nervous system: myoclonus, mental disorders, hallucinations, confusion, convulsions, paraesthesia, dizziness, somnolence, encephalopathy, tremor, headache. From respiratory system: a feeling of discomfort in the chest, shortness of breath, hyperventilation. From the urinary system: oliguria / anuria, polyuria, acute renal failure, changes in urine color. On the part of the cardiovascular system: blood pressure, palpitations, tachycardia, cyanosis. From the senses: hearing loss, tinnitus, taste disturbance.

  • From the side of hematopoiesis: eosinophilia, leukopenia, neutropenia, agranulocytosis, thrombocytopenia, thrombocytosis, monocytosis, lymphocytosis, basophils, pancytopenia, inhibition of bone marrow hematopoiesis, hemolytic anemia. Allergic  primobolan enanthate reactions: skin rash, pruritus, urticaria, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, angioedema, toxic epidermal necrolysis, exfoliative dermatitis; exudative erythema multiforme, fever including drug, anaphylactic reactions. Local reactions: redness of the skin, thrombophlebitis. Other: candidiasis, itchy vagina, hyperhidrosis, polyarthralgia, fatigue, burning sensation behind the breastbone, pain in the thoracic spine. Laboratory tests Blood – reduction hemoglobin and hematocrit, prothrombin time extension. Increasing the concentration of urea nitrogen. Some patients may be marked false positive direct Coombs test. Urine – appearance of protein, erythrocytes, leukocytes, cylinders in the urine. Liver Enzymes – moderate increase of aspartate aminotransferase activity and alanine aminotransferase, increased activity and / or concentration of bilirubin, and the concentration of low density lipoproteins. Electrolyte balance – a decrease in serum sodium concentration, increasing the concentration of potassium, chlorine.

    Overdose:

    In case of overdose imipenem + cilastatin is recommended removal of the drug, the appointment of symptomatic and primobolan enanthate supportive therapy.Imipenem is derived by hemodialysis.
